"Thousand" is translated from my Chinese name.

"Giselle" is the English name I gave myself after I went abroad.

I am a Chinese, who grew up in an urban country --Singapore.
When I was seventeen, I made a decision.

I am going to continue my studies in Taiwan.

People always ask me,

"Singapore is far better than Taiwan,

why do you choose Taiwan?"

No matter where I am, I'm always proud to be a Singaporean!

I was once a teacher in a boarding school in Taiwan.

Now I am back in Singapore.

I am an ordinary girl,

but I have an extraordinary Teacher.

I stepped out of my comfort zone to follow this Teacher.
